Not every construction project is a new home from the ground up. Homeowners also come to us for residential projects where several trades need to work together and someone needs to keep it all on track.
Every project starts with a conversation about what you want to accomplish, what the structure allows and what permits are involved. We’ll tell you plainly whether the project is a good fit for us.
As part of Kelm Home Services, we bring plumbing, electrical and standby power experience to projects where those systems are involved, which is most of them.
We’re also realistic about scope. Some projects are better served by a specialist, and when that’s the case we’ll say so. When a project is a fit, you get a clear scope of work, a plan for permits and inspections, and regular updates from the start of work through the final walkthrough.
