New home construction
New homes built with engineers and trade partners, and with plumbing, electrical and standby power handled by the Kelm family.
New home construction: an overview
Building a new home brings together a lot of people: engineers, framers, trades, inspectors and suppliers. The builder’s job is to keep all of them coordinated so the house goes up correctly and the homeowner always knows what’s happening.
Kelm Construction is part of Kelm Home Services, a family business for more than 50 years. That background shapes how we build. The plumbing and electrical systems inside the walls are handled by the Kelm family of services, led by Clint Kelm, a Texas Master Plumber and Master Electrician, rather than being subcontracted to whoever is available.
We work with licensed engineers on the structural design and with experienced trade partners for work like framing. Throughout the project, you have one local team to call.
