Can I add a standby generator to my build?
Yes. Planning a Generac or Kohler standby generator into the build is often simpler than adding one later.

Plumbing and electrical are handled by the Kelm family of services.

Do I need my own architect?
You can bring your plans, or talk with us about how to develop them.
Can I change things during the build?
Changes are sometimes possible, but they can affect cost and schedule. We’ll explain the impact first.
How do you handle budget?
We talk through costs as selections are made so there are fewer surprises.
Can you include a standby generator?
Yes, through Kelm Power Systems, a certified Generac and Kohler dealer.

Can I just prep for a generator now and install later?
Yes. Pre-planning the panel, gas line and pad makes a later install simpler.

Who maintains it after the build?
Kelm Power Systems offers maintenance plans, remote monitoring support and service.
Will the generator be elevated?
It depends on your lot and flood exposure. We’ll plan the right placement.

Can I visit the site?
Talk with us about site visits; for safety, visits are arranged in advance.
What if inspections find something?
Corrections are part of the process. We address them and re-inspect.
When do I choose finishes?
We’ll tell you ahead of time when selections are needed so they don’t hold up the schedule.
