Our build process: an overview
Building a home is a long project with many moving parts. Knowing what comes next, and why, makes it far less stressful. This page lays out how a Kelm build generally unfolds. Every project is different, so the details of yours will depend on your lot, plans, permits and weather.
Throughout the process, you have one local team to call, and the plumbing, electrical and standby power work is handled by the Kelm family of services.
